We are at a pivotal moment in the Northwest Territories' history. We are experiencing what are “unprecedented” crises year after year, the economic engines provided by diamond mines have finite closure dates, and the high cost of living seems to only ever get worse, whether from inflation or supply chain challenges. It is hard to be positive, but the NWT has tremendous potential that needs to be unlocked. Together, our potential can lead to a brighter future where opportunities flourish, communities prosper, and residents are healthy, educated, and able to reach their fullest potential.
